(A) Mass spectrometry identification data for the two protein bands that were coeluted with Flag-6xMyc-Pyrin_ΔN purified from stably expressing DC2.4 cells shown in Fig. 2A. The two proteins disappeared upon stimulation of the cells with TcdB. (B) Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) analyses of 14-3-3 expression in primary BMDMs. The mRNA level of 14-3-3 was normalized to that of Mefv. Sequences of the qRT-PCR primers used for the seven different 14-3-3 isoforms are available upon request.
