Isobologram analysis of combination NDV oncolytic virus and Dox.

Notes: Various viral and drug concentrations were applied alone or in combination for a 3-day exposure period. (A) Effect on plasmacytoma cell line and (B) effect on non-Hodgkin lymphoma (SR) cell line, showing that there was an additive and synergistic combination at low and moderate doses. (C) NDV and Dox was antagonistic when tested on embryo fibroblast cells at low doses while it showed synergism at higher doses.
