DHA attenuated sevoflurane-induced decreases in the PSD95 and synaptophysin expressions. (a) DHA (15 μg/g) was administered intraperitoneally 30 mins before each treatment with 3% sevoflurane for 2 h in three consecutive days. Immediately after the last exposure, the expression levels of PSD95, synaptophysin, and β-actin in the hippocampus tissues of mice were determined by Western blot analysis.
