Effects of TNF-α and IL-1β stimulation on NF-κB activation and nuclear translocation. NIT-1 cells were cultured in (A) serum-reduced culture medium containing 1% fetal bovine serum and Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium, or exposed to the serum-reduced culture medium supplemented with (B) 10 ng/ml murine TNF-α for 6 h or (C) 5 ng/ml murine IL-1β for 6 h.
