Effect of UBE2Q1 overexpression on SW1116 cell proliferation. The results obtained from 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay revealed a significant increase in cell proliferation on days 4 and 6 in the cells overexpressing UBE2Q1 protein compared with the control mock-transfected and non-transfected cells.
