TUDCA reduced breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cell invasion without affecting cell viability. MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 0.5 mM TUDCA for 16 h and were analyzed using an invasion assay. The number of cells invading the Matrigel was normalized against vehicle control cells invading the Matrigel to 100%. Cell viability following vehicle or TUDCA treatment is shown.
