PRDX2 overexpression inhibited H2O2-induced cell death in SMMC-7721 cells. SMMC-7721 cells were transfected with the mammalian expression vectors encoding GFP or GFP-PRDX2; 24 h later, cells were treated with or without 300 µM H2O2 for 24 h.
