PRDX2 overexpression inhibited TNF-α-induced apoptosis in SMMC-7721 cells. SMMC-7721 cells were transfected with the mammalian expression vectors encoding GFP or GFP-PRDX2. 24 h later, 10 ng/ml TNF-α plus 1 µg/ml CHX for 12 h.
