Samples were subject to Western analysis. (B) Gradual thermoregulation of fHbp-GFP. RNA was isolated from E. coli containing pfHbp-9C-gfp construct was subjected to in vitro translation at indicated temperatures. Western analysis was performed using antibodies recognising GFP or RecA.
