Note that D indicates the absolute difference between the area derived from the manual label and the estimated segmentation, ρ represents the Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and R2 is the R-square value of a linear regression. The subscripts s,v, and r represent subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, and the ratio of visceral fat to subcutaneous fat, respectively.
