Admission and post-chemotherapy CT. (A) Admission CT of a patient with lung cancer and severe three-vessel coronary heart disease. CT and fiberoptic bronchoscopy showed squamous cell carcinoma of the left upper lobe infiltrating the pulmonary arteries; (B) after two cycles of induction chemotherapy with platinum plus Gemzar, the cancer shrunk markedly and the patient received combined OPCAB with a left upper lobectomy and angioplasty of pulmonary artery.
