Effect of pseudoshikonin I on the gene expression of MMP-1, 2, 3, 9, 13, and TIMP-2 in IL-1β-induced SW1353 cells by RT-PCR. SW1353 cells incubated in the presence of 50 or 100 μM pseudoshikonin I stimulated with 20 ng/mL of IL-1β for 24 h. GAPDH was used as internal control.
