Semi-automated revision workflow of the CHEMDNER test set. The manually annotated document set is enriched with automatic annotation recommendations to be revised by the experts. Recommendations are based on unlabelled text mentions that match manual annotations. Annotators were required only to edit or eliminate non-qualifying recommendations.
