The total daily macronutrient distribution for the HP-LC diet shown above was 30% protein, 45% carbohydrate, and 25% fat, and total energy intake for males and females was ~1500 and 1200 kcal, respectively. In addition to following this HP-LC diet 6 days per week, an IF diet was followed for one day per week.
