Responsive expression patterns of FMOGS-OX genes to different exogenous stimuli. The mRNA abundance of nine genes was analyzed by qRT-PCR. Samples for qRT-PCR were run in three biological replicates with three technical replicates and the data were represented as the Mean ± SD (n = 3). The relative gene expression was calculated using the ΔΔCt algorithm. The expression data were normalized using the invariant expression of ACTIN II. The leaves from mock control seedlings were used as reference sample, which was set to 1. Significant differences according to Student’s t-test are indicated: ∗P < 0.05, ∗∗P < 0.01.
