RC: caudal distance of map peak relative to bregma. s.d.rel: standard deviation of the spread of mapped eIOS centroids after affine transformation (cf. Figure 4b). s.d.abs: standard deviation of the spread of mapped eIOS centroid in absolute coordinates (cf. Figure 4a). Half-width: width of the eIOS at 50% peak amplitude.
