Identification of siRNA target inducing spontaneous genome instability and FANCD2-Ub. (A-B) U2OS cells were transfected with siRNAs targeting cell cycle and DNA repair genes. 72 hr after transfection, whole-cell lysates were prepared and immunoblotted using indicated antibodies. The levels of L (monoubiquitinated) and S (non-ubiquitinated) isoforms of FANCD2 were quantified using ImageJ software and are expressed as the L: S ratio below each sample.
