miR-147a suppresses tumor growth in nude mice. (A) Tumor volumes were calculated by the length and width measurement using Vernier calipers every 2 d. The xenografts were established through subcutaneous injection of Hela cells in the flank of nude mice. When the tumors had reached an average volume of 40–50 mm3, tumor-bearing nude mice were treated with miR-147a, HIF-3α siRNAs and NC.
