The animals were tested using saline or 15d-PGJ2-SLN (3, 10 or 30 μg·kg−1) prior to challenging them with mBSA (30 μg/cavity) (A), Cg (500 μg/cavity) (B) or LPS (100 ng/cavity) (C). Neutrophil migration was evaluated 4h later. Results are expressed as mean values (±SD) of 5 animals per group. Different letters indicate statistical significance between groups (ANOVA followed by Bonferroni's t-test; P < 0.05).
