(A) BM cells (1 × 107 cells/mouse) isolated from Capn6+/yLdlr–/– or Capn6–/yLdlr–/– donor mice were i.v. injected into x-ray–irradiated (8 Gy) Capn6+/yLdlr–/– or Capn6–/yLdlr–/– recipient mice. The Capn6 genotype in BM cells from chimeric and nonchimeric mice was determined by a PCR-based analysis.
