Notes: (A) Cells were stained with JC-1 and analyzed with flow cytometry after 72 hours of transfection with siRNA-2 or NC siRNA. siRNA-2 treatment increased the number of cells with low Δψ_m. (B) Quantification of the results showed that siRNA-2 treatment increased the number of cells with low Δψ_m. Results are shown as the mean ± SD values of three independent experiments. *P<0.05 compared with the NC-treated and untreated control cells (ANOVA).
