The effect of netupitant on cisplatin (10 mg/kg, i.p.)-induced emesis in ferret. Netupitant (0.03–0.3 mg/kg) or vehicle was administered orally 2 h prior to cisplatin (10 mg/kg, i.p.; t = 0). Data represents the mean ± SEM of (A) cumulative numbers of retches + vomits per 30 min, or (B) the total numbers of retches + vomits occurring over 8 h (n = 5–6).
