We define loci with multiple association signals as loci containing at least two of the risk SNPs reported by GCTA-COJO.^⁵⁶ Here, we computed $h_{g, local,GWAS}^{2}$ and $h_{GWAS}^{2}$ by restricting to the loci with multiple association signals.

The fraction of difference between $h_{g, local,GWAS}^{2}$ and $h_{GWAS}^{2}$ across all loci that is accounted for by loci with multiple signals of association.
