Serial immunodepletion with 4G8 antibody successfully removes oAβ from 7PA2 CM. A, Supernatant from the last immunodepletion was analyzed by ELISA for Aβ x-40 and Aβ x-42 and compared with original 7PA2 CM. Result shows >90% removal of overall oAβ species. Western blot shows no detectable oAβ after first immunodepletion, confirming the result. B, The supernatant was analyzed by ELISA for APPsα.
