	Unprofessional Behaviour	Actions which threaten norms of civility and respect in the workplace
	Duties and Responsibilities	Disagreement or miscommunication over whose responsibility it was to   perform certain work tasks
	Methods of Patient Care	Disagreement about how a patient care should be provided
	Poor Work Performance	Low quality or incomplete work tasks
Work Organisation		The structure of work, environmental and organisational constraints, or the   interdependence between workers
	Following Protocol	Not adhering to policies or practices of the hospital system or medical field
	Patient Assignments	Complaints about unfavourable patient assignments and disputes over who   would be assigned to those patients
	Limited Resources	Competition for finite resources that resulted in conflict
	High Workload	Work stress due to the number of tasks to be performed by a single employee
