Medical comorbidity and age values represented in the figure were calculated at one standard deviation below the mean (low) and one standard deviation above the mean (high). Medical comorbidity (M = 7.91, SD = 6.42) is shown for low (1.49) and high (14.33) values. Age (M = 41.18, SD = 14.80) is shown for younger (26.38) and older (55.98) age.
