(A) The common gating steps shown in this study. Spleen cells of 8-wk post immunized mice were stimulated with FTAg for 48h and stained with various Abs as described in Materials and Methods. Ag-experienced effector cells were gated and divided into seven distinct subpopulations, and the frequencies of the various subpopulations were calculated.
