Characterisation of gait abnormalities in a unilateral mouse model of burn injury using select parameters from the CatWalk XT. Time course of changes in (a–c) paw pressure parameters, (d, e) paw print area parameters, and (f–h) dynamic paw parameters in the ipsilateral and contralateral hind paw in burn injured animals. (i) No changes in interlimb coordination as measured by the regularity index were detected between burn and sham controls. Statistical significance was determined using t-test, *P < 0.05 compared to contralateral paw or sham control as indicated. All data are presented as mean ± SEM with 5–10 mice per group.
