A. FACS analysis of AML cells (n = 43) using fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies specific for extracellular Notch receptors and ligands. B. A comparison of the expression level of each component was carried out between leukemia cells from peripheral blood (PB) and leukemia cells from bone marrow (BM) C.
