At the time of imatinib failure, patients were switched to dasatinib or nilotinib after routine BCR-ABL1 KD mutation screening, so no patient positive for the T315I by SS is included in this study. Number of mutations within each category is in brackets. ‘Mutations resistant to nilotinib only’ include Y253H, E255K, E255V, F359V/C. ‘Mutations resistant to dasatinib only’ refer to F317L (since no low level V299L was detected at switchover).
