Bladder tumor biopsies were subjected to immunostaining applying anti-Hpa2 polyclonal antibody and specimens were examined for the presence of tissues adjacent to the bladder tumor. Strong Hpa2 staining is evident in normal squamous epithelium of the bladder (metaplasia; A.) urethra B. prostate C. and seminal vessels D. epithelium. Original magnifications: x40.
