*Binding of soluble phospholipids to 150 nM PZ was monitored using the intrinsic fluorescence intensity in 50mMTris-HCl, pH 7.5, 175 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl₂ as a function of C6PS, C6PE, C6PA, C6PC, C6PG or C6(D)PS. The data were analyzed according to a single-site binding model to reveal the synergy in binding of these lipids.
