The parameters V̇u, Vr, and σ(Vr) were the averages of measured values from the trials shown in Fig. 1. The voided volume, Vv, is omitted from table 1 because it is determined by specifying the other parameters in the simulation. We assumed that ti was known exactly. tu Was equal to ti for all simulations.
