Simple slopes for the interaction between gender and STEM importance predicting domain-specific self-efficacy. Higher STEM importance predicted higher domain-specific self-efficacy for women (b = 0.25, SE = 0.09, t(67) = 2.91, p < 0.01) but not for men (b = −0.01, SE = 0.10, t(67) = −0.10, p = 0.92).
