p62 is associated with hepatic ER and autophagosomes in hepatocytes. Male WT mice were either treated with DMSO vehicle or TCPOBOP (3 mg/kg) once a day for 3 consecutive days, and mice were sacrificed 3 days after withdrawal of DMSO or TCPOBOP administration. The mouse hepatic ER fraction was isolated using discontinuous Nycodenz gradient centrifugation as described under “Materials and Methods.” A, equal amounts of proteins from total liver lysates and ER were subjected to immunoblot analysis.
