After 24 h, 48 h and 72 h of treatment with DMU-214 in the range of concentration 0–1 μM, IC₅₀ values were determined by MTT assay in the (A) A-2780 and (B) SKOV-3 cell line. Cell cycle phase distribution was analysed by flow cytometry in (C) A-2780 and (D) SKOV-3 cells treated for 24 h with a vehicle or with 0.125 μM and 0.250 μM of DMU-214. Representative histogram from cell cycle analysis in the (E) A-2780 and (F) SKOV-3 cell lines after DMU-214 treatment for 24 h. Results of three independent replicates are presented as mean ± SD. ***P < 0.001 and **P < 0.01 indicate a significant difference from the control.
