(a) CFUs over a period of 168 hours (7 days) for untreated (dashed lines) and 15 μM bedaquiline (solid lines) liquid cultures of H37Rv wild type (black), Δrv0324 (brown) and Δrv0880 (teal). (b) First-order rate kinetics were calculated by linear regression of CFUs from H37Rv wild type and Δrv0324 and Δrv0880 strains obtained over 7 days of 15 μM bedaquiline treatment. Statistical significance of rate kinetics between wild type and mutant strains were calculated using t-test, Benjamini Hochberg adjusted P-values are numbers in red. Error bars show the standard deviation from three biological samples (a) and the standard error of the linear regression (b). Representative results from two experiments are presented.
