RmInt1 ΔORF-WT self-splicing was evaluated at 50°C in a reaction buffer supplemented with 80 mM MOPS, 0.5 mM NH₄(SO₄)₂ and the MgCl₂ concentrations indicated at the top of the plot. Products were analyzed as described in the Materials and Methods. The graph shows the fraction of precursor molecules not yet reacted over time. A single exponential curve was fitted to the data with GraphPad Prism 6 software.
