A. Activity of SSTNIGF1R in an endothelial cell adhesion assay following incubation in human plasma at 37°C for up to 72 hr. Activity is compared to an integrin-inhibitory GRGDSP peptide incubated in either human plasma or PBS. B. Stability of biotinylated SSTNIGF1R in the serum of mice following intravenous injection of a single bolus of peptide (0.365 mg/kg); C. Accumulation of biotinylated SSTNIGF1R in the serum of mice injected every 24 hr with 0.365 mg/kg of peptide. Serum samples are collected every 24 hr prior to injection of a new bolus.
