Workflow of IFC assays describing two main steps: acquisition (light gray) and assessment (dark gray). IFC assays, acquired as outlined in Section 2, were analyzed to assess the quantification and localization of granules relative to the IS. Assessment included a three step process: identification of appropriate NK-target populations, identification of the IS within specific population and localization and quantitative measurement of parameters of interest.
