(A) FACS analysis of F4/80+CD11b+ cells in hepatic MNCs after the administration with CCl₄. WT mice (n = 3) and IDO-KO mice (n = 3) were treated with CCl₄ injection (1 mL/kg, 10% diluted in olive oil). Control group (WT mice and IDO-KO mice) were administrated with olive oil alone. All mice were sacrificed at 24 hours after the administration of CCl₄ or olive oil alone. Representative flow cytometry data were presented. (B) The frequency of F4/80+CD11b+ cells in the liver of WT and IDO-KO mice treated with CCl₄ administration.
