Steroid hormone levels in serum of rats administered a 27-chemical mixture for 90 days. The levels of androstenedione, testosterone, corticosterone or progesterone were quantified by LC-MS/MS. No statistically significant changes in hormone levels were observed, but testosterone showed a strong trend towards elevated levels in the Mid-dose group relative to controls. N = 10 for each group. Data are presented as mean ± SEM.
