| Ability to provide written informed consent and comply with study assessments for the full duration of the study |
| Age ≥ 18 years |
| Large Tumor Group |
| >15mm in largest diameter and/or >5 mm in height |
| Small/Medium Tumor Group |
| ≤ 15 mm in largest diameter and ≤ 5 mm in height |
| ≤ 2 DD from optic disc and/or macula |
| Baseline best-corrected visual acuity 20/100 or better in the study eye |
