Table II. Examples for transcripts, proteins and HLA peptides upregulated by Decitabine treatment. CTA score of “1” indicates if the genes is not expressed in any healthy (not-testis) tissues (at levels above 9 in BioGPS, above 7 in Human Protein Atlas and above 300 in IST online). CTA score of “2” indicates some minor expression in a few normal tissues and a CTA score of “3” indicates a wide-spread expression in different healthy tissues. HLA score below 50 nM represents strong binding between the HLA molecules to its peptide. Antigens that were not detected in the untreated cells and detected in the treated cells were assigned a value of “I” and antigens detected only in the untreated cells and not detected in the treated cells were assigned a value of “−I.” (−) No data was available on this antigen in the specific database.
