BALB/c mice (6 mice per group) were subcutaneously injected with OVA (1 mg/mouse) mixed in 0.1 ml alum on day 0 and day 3 respectively. The mice were intrarectally introduced with OVA (1 mg/mouse) and CT (20 μg/mouse) as denoted in the figure.
