Tyrosine residues are conserved among the KCNH family. Sequence alignment of Kv channels for S4 and S4S5 linker regions. Arginine residues in S4 are highlighted in blue and tyrosine residues, conserved within the KCNH family (Kv10–12), are highlighted in orange.
