CK2α protein expression is elevated in melanoma cell lines compared with melanocytes. A, cell lysates from a panel consisting of three types of neonatal epidermal melanocytes from lightly pigmented (LP), moderately pigmented (MP), and darkly pigmented (DP) donors and five BRAF and one NRAS mutant melanoma cell lines were probed for CK2α protein by Western blotting with anti-CK2α antibody. α-Tubulin was used as a loading control.
