Inhibition of mTORC1 inhibited the ability of TGF-β1 to increase DNMT3a. A, CCL210 cells were treated with TGF-β1 (2 ng/ml) in the presence or absence of rapamycin (1 μm), an mTORC1 inhibitor, and DNMT3a protein was assayed by immunoblot.
