Fractional RetGC1 activity in the presence of 0.1 μm RD3

The activity was assayed as described under “Experimental Procedures.” The fractional activity was defined as ARD3/A0, where A0 is the RetGC1 activity in the absence of RD3 in the standard assay and ARD3 is the RetGC1 activity in the presence of 0.1 μm RD3.
