(D) HBECR and HBECR/p53i cell lines were synchronized by double thymidine block. The HBECR cells were only partly synchronized. Cells were released into S phase along with treatment of pterostilbene at the final concentration of 3 μM. At the indicated time point from the thymidine block, cells were harvested and fixed for cell cycle analysis.
